Count me in for the Dubai trip. I presume however that this will be coordinated by the KIGF? Not sure who will have delegate status at the Dubai WCIT event. Guess we can check that on the website. As agreed in the last EIGF, we must have a fall back position which has a stakeholder blessing. We must therefore have the minutes of the meeting itself with a clear position. Commonwealth for example wants us to have a common position. One of our Assistant Ministers is attending the Commonwealth meeting with our resolutions and I have made it clear that they have to accommodate our position if we need to agree on a common position. I need to know how many of you will make it to Dubai. We shall need a pre Dubai meeting of the delegation. Ndemo.
