​This is underway. Stream seems to have settled down after a couple of early hiccups. Kenya, as ever, leads the way in innovation​, and are confronting problems that for others are still distant elephants. Good discussions.

This year's event has a simple format - five discussions will examine in depth these topics: Internet Governance in Kenya; Blockchain & Mobile Money; Internet and Elections; Access to Local OTT Content; Cybersecurity and Child Online Protection. The KIGF's outcomes will feed into the Global IGF in Guadalajara Mexico in December 2016 which has the theme “Enabling Inclusive and Sustainable Growth.” The Kenya event, which is sold out, will be webcast live on the Internet Society Livestream Channel 2.
