New climate information service

Listers, Sharing a story, written by Reuters Foundation, of one of our projects in Uganda that is transforming the way communities receive climate/weather information to make critical farming decisions. Digital and non-digital technologies are being explored. This goes to show the power of ICTs/mobile technology, which can go beyond "money transfer" needs to addressing food insecurity, an issue that we're currently grappling with as a country.
