Secondly, *the Registration Data Request Service (RDRS)* was launched in November 2023 to handle requests for access to nonpublic registration data related to generic top-level domains (gTLD)s. The system connects requestors seeking disclosure of nonpublic registration data with the relevant ICANN-accredited registrars for gTLD domain names who are participating in the service. M-pesa not working - resilience mechanisms needed

Today, Safaricom M-pesa has not been working. M-Pesa has been successful in promoting financial inclusion, especially for marginalized communities. M-pesa is a widely used mobile payment system in Kenya, and the government has based many of its payments on this platform. Local governments also base their rates and parking collection on M-pesa. Which other services use M-pesa as the only mode of payment? The downtime of M-pesa raises concerns about the country's dependence on a single payment platform and the need for resilience mechanisms for this critical national infrastructure. To mitigate the risks of downtime, it may be wise to consider additional payment systems and ensure that the existing infrastructure is robust and secure.
