National Assesment of UNESCO’s Internet Universality Indicators in Kenya

Dear Listers, We have been collaborating with UNESCO to conduct a national assessment of Kenya using the ROAM-X indicators framework. This is a unique and powerful resource which has been developed through an extensive process of research, consultation and analysis. https://t.co/w5JXFOr6j6 Our initial report (attached) was validated at a national multi-stakeholder meeting in Nairobi in February.
