Listers, Kenya’s Finance Minister Presented a KSh3.31 trillion Budget for FY2022/23. Key to note, he said the ICT sector is key as it has the potential to accelerate economic recovery and improve livelihood. As a result, the ICT sector was allocated KES 15.6 billion. How it was split: 1. KES 620 Mn for govt shared services 2. Konza Data Center - KES 5.2 Bn for Infrastructure development and KES 3.8 Bn for the development of the data center. 3.
