County Governors and the Need to Embrace ICTs

Listers, Today, Governor of Nairobi County, Kidero (or is he H.E....how do you address them?) posted on his twitter account a note inviting Kenyans to the first public participation meeting to plan for the County. As most of us are at work during the day (or tarmacking) , how are we expected to meaningful participate? I dare suggest that County Governors embrace ICTs and have "live" online coverage of the event in a way that those unable to attend can still directly contribute via whatever means possible - radio, sms, social media, digital hangout etc etc? Any thoughts on how this can be done to embrace EVERYONE based on technologies and tools available in people's hands (not forgetting the digitally excluded). Ideas? Edith

It can be anybody who the constitution so points out.
